Due to co-location with DAC, there is one common registration system for HLDVT, DAC and other co-located events. You can register via FAX or ONLINE using the following link.

To register by FAX, click on "FAX registration" link on that page, enter your information and select HLDVT entry. To register online, click on "Attendee registration" and perform the following five steps:

1. In the first page, please enter your personal information, membership details, and click "Select Your Products".
2. In the second page, click "Next" without selecting any options (unless you want to register for DAC too).
3. In the third page, look for a tab on the right hand-side that says "Colocated Events" and then click on the arrow in that tab.
4. In the fourth page, select the HLDVT (first) entry, and click Next.
5. Next enter payment information.
