Registration

• The deadline for advance registraction is October 19, 2006. Payment transactions must be completed on or before October 19, 2006, to take advantage of the discounted rate.
• The MP Associates office will continue to accept faxed or mailed registrations thru October 27, 2006, at the at-conference rate. On-line registrations will be accepted thru November 3, 2006 at the at-conference rate. After November 3, 2006, all registrations must be done at-conference.
• Registration may be charged to Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Credit card payments require the complete credit card number, expiration date, security code, name as it appears on the card, and complete billing address. Registration payments are processed through Verisign Secured Payment Processing.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before October 19, 2006, and are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 19, 2006, will NOT be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
• Membership number must be included at time of submission to receive the membership rate. No refunds will be made for change in membership status. If you would like information on becoming an IEEE member, visit IEEE. No Company Memberships accepted, individual memberships only.
• Registration is being administered by MP Associates. Their privacy policy is available here.

Online Registration

• Online registration may be completed directly with MP Associates.

Mail or Fax Registration

• Download the registration form (PDF).
• Payment must be included with the registration form or it will be discarded.
• Register one person per form (copy form as needed).
• If payment is received from a non-US bank, the attendee will be charged a collection fee of $30.
